  The clear use of dust-free paper in core usage scenarios directly determines the selection criteria, and the requirements for cleanliness and strength vary greatly in different scenarios

  Electronic/Precision Instrument Cleaning: Priority should be given to Class 100/Class 10 dust-free paper. These products undergo strict dust-free treatment to prevent fibers from falling off and avoid contaminating precision components such as circuit boards and lenses; At the same time, choose models with low ion residue to prevent corrosion of electronic components.

  Laboratory/Medical Scenarios: Pay attention to sterilization grade dust-free paper (such as gamma ray sterilization), and comply with relevant medical industry standards to avoid introducing microbial contamination of samples or wounds.

  Industrial oil pollution/ordinary cleaning: The requirement for cleanliness is relatively low, and economical dust-free paper with high water absorption and toughness can be selected. The focus is on water absorption and oil absorption efficiency, and there is no need to pursue excessively high cleanliness levels.

  Pay attention to key materials and performance parameters

  Material type:

  Wood pulp fiber dust-free paper: It has strong water absorption and is affordable, but the fiber toughness is average and the risk of chip falling is slightly higher, making it suitable for ordinary cleaning scenarios.

  Polyester fiber dust-free paper: tear resistant, non shedding, high cleanliness, suitable for the electronics and precision industries, but slightly weaker water absorption and higher price.

  Composite fiber dust-free paper: Combining the water absorption of wood pulp and the toughness of polyester, it has strong comprehensive performance and a wide range of applications.

  Weight and thickness: The higher the weight (usually 30-80g/㎡), the thicker the paper, the better its toughness and water absorption, but the cost will also increase. You can choose according to your needs, and there is no need to blindly pursue high weight.

Water absorption and oil absorption rate: Check the water absorption rate in the product parameters (generally ≥ 5-10 times its own weight). The higher the water absorption and oil absorption rate, the higher the cleaning efficiency and reduce the number of wiping times.

  Avoiding selection errors

  Misconception 1: "The whiter the better": The cleanliness and whiteness of dust-free paper are not related. Excessive bleaching may increase ion residue, affecting the use in precision scenarios. The focus should be on cleanliness certification rather than appearance whiteness.

  Misconception 2: "Universal version is suitable for all scenarios": The cleanliness and performance of universal dust-free paper are balanced, but it cannot meet the needs of high-precision scenarios such as electronics and medical, and instead may cause waste or risks.

  Misconception 3: "Low price means cost-effectiveness": Low price dust-free paper may have problems such as loose fibers, severe chip shedding, and excessive ion residue. Long term use may actually increase equipment maintenance costs.

  Check packaging and certification

  Legitimate dust-free paper will use sealed anti-static packaging to prevent dust adsorption during transportation and storage. It is not recommended to purchase products with damaged packaging.

  Check if the product has cleanliness level certification (such as ISO Class) and industry standard certification (such as IPC standards in the electronics industry and sterilization standards in the medical industry). Products with certification have better quality assurance.
